T&K Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who can demonstrate experience of working effectively and who thrives within a fast-paced environment. Your role will include supporting the customer services department by dealing with and resolving customer queries, As well as liaising with other departments and depots.

You will be expected to handle a high volume of calls and emails, while upholding our customer commitment of answering calls within 60 seconds and replying to incoming messages and emails within 1 hour. As well as prioritise tasks to achieve both immediate goals and longer-term vision whilst aiming to hit monthly targets of sales and KPI’s.

You will need to be comfortable covering sales when needed. You will be trained as a sales advisor and will be expected to liaise with customers as a sales advisor and a customer service advisor. You must be comfortable speaking to customers over the phone as well as keeping up to date with general administration and data input.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer needs to produce satisfactory outcomes
  • Build positive relationships with customers and maintain these to help generate further business
  • Deliver great customer service over the phone and via email
  • Work closely with managers and other departments to ensure everything is reported correctly and efficiently
  • Keep accurate records of customer accounts, interactions and reported and resolved issues
  • Assist with customer service experience and meetings
  • Be confident in reaching out with existing customers and assist with other duties within the role
Qualifications
  • Clear and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience using programmes such as SAP and MS Office
  • Good organisation and time management
  • Customer focused passion for delivering the highest standard every day
  • A team player who can work well with others
  • Ability to be proactive and act on their own initiative
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good financial knowledge
