T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client based in Coalville on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Our client is a leader within the manufacturing industry and due to a period of growth are looking to expand their team.

Due to the nature of their products candidates must not smoke. You will be working within a controlled environment so will be required to wear full PPE for the duration of your shift.

Responsibilities
  • Quality checking the product
  • Inspecting the product for defects
  • Assembly of products
  • Checking batch numbers
  • Cleaning packaging to standard
  • Working within a controlled environment
  • Adhering to strict health and safety procedures
  • Completing paperwork
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
  • Completing any other duties as necessary
Person Specification/Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential as full training is given
  • Confident manner
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good knowledge of written English is essential
