Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for a number of Production Operatives to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Job Benefits
- Monday – Friday
- Rotating shifts consisting of Days 6am-2.30pm & Afternoons 2pm-10.30pm
- £10.50 per hour to start and £11.50 per hour with a FLT Licence with further earning potential to £14.25 per hour with on-going training / sign off
- Permanent role after 12 weeks

- Additional training offered on forklift, loading shovel etc with the opportunity of progressing within the Company
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays when permanent increasing to 25 days in length of service

Responsibilities
- Operating machinery
- Weighing and labelling products
- Stacking products onto pallets manually
- Performing machine checks
- Quality checking the products
- Forklift operation – training is provided
- Work to and ensure targets/deadlines are met
- Adhere to H&S within the workplace
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
- Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
- Previous experience of using a computer and IT literate is desirable
- A valid FLT licence is desirable however not essential as training is available if interested
