T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Reception / Administrator to join our Client based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a friendly Company that has expanded over the years where you will be required to assist and support the Company with all Administration tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for petty cash and receipts
  • Liaise with Clients on the telephone and via email
  • First point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors
  • Raising and sending purchase orders when required
  • Arranging buffet lunches
  • Replenishing stationary & other Company supplies via online ordering
  • Booking Accommodation and Training courses
  • General Administration; Filing, Shredding, Copying, Scanning & Printing
  • Log incoming quotes
  • Log orders onto the ERP system and onto the production schedule
  • Monitor managers emails when required and all other associated tasks as required by the Company
Person Specification
  • Strong attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • Confident manner
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete varied duties to meet deadlines
